Universal-Fugenfüller und Kitt Fill and Finish 20kg

KNAUF Fill and Finish universal joint filler and putty is designed for interior finishing. The product is suitable for filling the joints between gypsum boards, as well as for leveling plaster with poor quality workmanship. It is easily processed by machine or by hand, thanks to its pasty formula and binding properties. Only 2 layers are needed for plastering, and the recommended maximum thickness of one layer is 3 mm.

KNAULF Fill and Finish is a vinyl-based, pre-mixed formula with a creamy and fine consistency with a reduced weight of up to 35% compared to traditional ready-made joint fillers and putties. Fill and Finish offers better machinability, easier application, excellent adhesion and excellent crack resistance. No need for special grinding machines due to its special factory formula and increases productivity and profit. It can be used directly from the bucket and requires minimal mixing and homogenization with appropriate tools. It can be diluted with water if necessary and according to the needs of the worker without changing the qualities of the product.

Consumption rate:

• Nominal consumption of putty: 1.00 kg/sq.m.
• Joint consumption Q1 - Q3: 0.350 kg for AK edging
• Practical cost putty Q4: drywall about 0.550 kg/sq.m.
• Practical cost putty: gypsum plaster about 0.700 kg/sq.m.
