The metal cutting and grinding machine has a new patented Metabo Marathon motor with up to 50% higher torque and up to 20% higher overload capability for faster material removal and longer life. Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC)- full-wave electronics with potentiometer helps to regulate the speed 2800 - 11000 rpm depending on the processed material. The angle grinder is equipped with an M-Quick system for changing the disc without tools, but only by pressing a button and an M-Quick tightening nut. The fuse has anti-roll protection and is installed without tools. Thanks to this, the machine is also suitable for professional use. The machine comes complete with an additional handle and Metabo VibraTech (MVT) to reduce vibration. Metabo S-automatic mechanical safety clutch: minimizes backlash when blocking the disc to the lowest level on the market for maximum user protection and the ability to quickly resume operation. Electronic overload protection, soft start and restart protection make the device more reliable in operation. Possibility to rotate the gearbox housing in 90° steps when working with the left hand or when cutting. Shut-off graphite brushes help protect the motor.
