Polyurethan Fugenmasse AT Flex Connection 600ml beige

Polyurethane hand foam, which hardens completely a few hours after extrusion. The one-component solution is used to fill and treat holes and cracks by injection. Its applications are:
- installation and insulation of doors and windows,
- sound insulation and vibration reduction for garage doors, machinery, etc.,
- avoidance of thermal bridges by means of an insulating additive,
- treatment and filling of internal walls, partitions,
- for places provided for the passage of pipes and ducts.
The advantages and qualities of polyurethane foam are the following:
- not affected by moisture after hardening,
- shows excellent qualities as a thermal and sound insulating product,
- does not emit harmful emissions,
- environmentally friendly product.
It is made in accordance with the norms and standards of the Bulgarian and European rules for quality and efficiency. The temperature resistance of polyurethane foam is excellent, as it is in the wide range from -40°C to +100°C. The humidity in the ambient air must be sufficient to achieve a good expansion of the foam. The operating temperature required to achieve the efficiency of the foam application is in the range of +5°C to +35°C. This range guarantees the efficiency and quality of the applied Boom S RS layers. It is desirable that the surfaces be well cleaned, dusted, degreased, do not crumble and be sufficiently homogeneous. This is one of the conditions to get the most out of the characteristics of polyurethane foam.
