Polyurethan 600ml PRO-3SL betongrau

One-component, elastic joint sealant, which is based on polyurethane. It hardens from the presence of moisture in the air. It has high resistance to mechanical stress. It can be used both indoors and outdoors. Its main applications are related to the sealing of joints and openings located on the floor spaces in public buildings, parking lots, pedestrian areas, warehouses and industrial premises, surfaces in the food industry, in tunnel construction. Its important qualities and advantages are:
- its rapid hardening,
- does not form bubbles during hardening,
- with a deformation capacity of 25%,
- excellent adhesion to most building materials,
- easy to handle and use,
- high resistance to mechanical and chemical influences.
Operating temperature from -40°C to +80°C. The consumption rate of polyurethane joint sealant depends on both the size of the joints and the type of substrate to be treated. The temperature of the bases and the ambient air is also of great importance when applying PRO-3SL. The application of the sealant can be done with a suitable brush, and the structure of the bases is of special importance for the effectiveness of the solution. When treating non-porous surfaces, they can be pre-aligned. It is desirable to put a primer on porous substrates. Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound, dust-free, free of oil and grease, and must not crumble. The appropriate temperature of the structures, when applying the sealant, is in the range from +5°C to +35°C, and in the air from +5°C to +40°C. The PRO-3SL product is manufactured in accordance with Bulgarian and European standards for quality and reliability.
