Quick-curing compound for mounting fasteners, manufactured by BORO. It is used to anchor bolts, hooks, brackets, etc. It can also be used for the installation of radiators, for fixing fastening hardware on brick walls, concrete panels, etc. The main qualities and advantages of cement are:
- initial hardening strength after 30 minutes,
- high adhesion strength,
- extremely fast hardening.
It is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian standardization agencies and meets the standards of BDS EN 998-1. The cost rate depends on its application and the type of substrate on which it is applied. It is recommended that the work surfaces be thoroughly cleaned before applying the quick-setting cement. The consumption of material depends largely on the application of the solution. It is recommended to apply the cement in the temperature range from +5°С to +30°С. Mixing with other similar products is not desirable. To obtain the required consistency of the solution, pack 1 kg. cement can be mixed with 0. 24 liters of water.The loading of the mixture thus laid with fasteners and fittings is carried out about 30 minutes after the application of the mixture.
