Deep frying pan made of high quality cast iron from the ZEPHYR brand. The pan has a diameter of 24 cm. It has a stainless steel handle with a lug for hanging and a special non-stick coating ("Preseason"method).
Cast iron pans guarantee deliciously prepared food thanks to the specific thermal conductivity of the metal. These kitchen utensils ensure even heating and maintaining the same temperature at each point throughout the cooking time. They can also be used to extinguish a low heat. Immediately afterwards, however, it is advisable to transfer the prepared food to another container so that it does not acquire a metallic taste.
The cast iron pan is compatible with all types of hobs: gas, halogen, electric, glass-ceramic and induction. Can be used in the dishwasher.
The pan is available in two colors - silver and gold. When ordering, write in additional information which color you want.
