Surfaces must be clean, free of separators, non-degradable, dry and free of adhesion inhibitors. The new plasters are left to dry for 3-4 weeks.When applied in thermal insulation systems, the reinforcing layer must be well hardened and dry.

Buntsteinputz is a ready-to-apply product.At high temperatures it is possible to change the consistency by adding a little water.Buntsteinputz is applied with a straight trowel, until granulation, and smoothed wet on wet in one direction. To avoid the appearance of joints, a sufficient number of workers must be provided, according to the size of the site, so that the material is applied over the entire surface wet on wet.Always work surfaces intact without interruption. Due to the use of natural materials, slight variations in color may occur.Therefore, only material from the same production batch should be applied to the added surfaces, and materials originating from different batches may be mixed.

At +20 °C and 65% relative humidity, Buntsteinputz dries in about 24 hours.It dries in depth and it is possible to apply new material after 2-3 days.
