Crystallizing waterproofing MonoTop-120 Seal - 25 kg

SIKA MonoTop-120 SikaSeal Waterproofing is a one-component waterproofing solution containing special penetrating crystallizing additives that seal the concrete and prevent the penetration of water.

It is mainly used for sealing horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. MonoTop-120 Seal can be used to protect concrete structures from water penetration, in water tanks, swimming pools, baths, underground structures and facilities, etc. The waterproofing model has Czech approval for direct contact with drinking water.

The solution is one component and only water is added to it. It is characterized by good adhesion to various substrates, vapor permeability and frost resistance. Contains surfactants that reduce capillary absorption and significantly reduce water absorption. It can be applied both manually and by machine.

Additional features:

• SIKA MonoTop-120 Seal is usually applied in 2 coats. In high-risk areas, a third coat is recommended.
• Mixing ratio: about 5.1 to 5.6 liters of water per 25 kg of dry matter
• The cost depends on the surface roughness of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer. It is approximately 2 kg/sq.m. dry matter for 1 layer
• Layer thickness: 2 - 5 mm
• Processing time: about 60 minutes at+20°C
• Compressive strength: about 35 N/sq. mm after 28 days
• Bending strength: about 6 N/sq.mm after 28 days
