The CNL hand-held blind can only be placed in two positions: fully lowered or fully raised. Rotate the window sash and secure it to lower or raise it. It cannot be mounted on a window with a lower handle or on an INTEGRA window, and it is not recommended to use it on a window with a double opening axis.
