Adhesive for aerated concrete 100G, 25 kg

Aerated concrete adhesive 100G, manufactured by WEBER. It is designed for outdoor and indoor use. It can be used to glue aerated concrete blocks of different sizes. The adhesive is especially effective when the joints of the masonry need to be filled and when leveling its surface. It is also applicable in the construction of aerated concrete barriers and elements. It is advisable to observe the dry material-water ratio in order to achieve the maximum effect of the adhesive application. When used and mixed, the amount of water should be the norm of 6.5 liters for a bag of 25 kg. mixture. The maximum hardness of the material is obtained after 7 days. The consumption rate of the adhesive is 12-18 kg. / cubic meter at a working layer thickness of 1 to 3 mm. The storage of the mixture is extremely important for its efficiency. The adhesive should be placed in rooms protected from moisture and cold. It is not desirable to store it in places that are too sunny or high temperatures. The mixture must be protected from freezing for at least 24 hours after installation. The substrate must be dry, level, load-resistant and with a complete shrinkage process. The application temperature should not be lower than +5° C.
The mixture is especially effective when placed at a temperature of +5 to +25° C. The necessary tools for preparation and gluing of aerated concrete blocks are: a container for mixing the glue, mixer or drill with stirrer, master, notched metal trowel or shovel, with teeth from 3 x 3 mm to 6 x 6 mm, rubber mallet.
