Cast iron pan from the Casterra series of the KORKMAZ brand. The cookware has a diameter of 20 cm.
The pan is resistant to very high temperatures and is suitable for use in any oven or oven. Cast iron cookers distribute the temperature extremely well and evenly, thus saving time and money.
These pans guarantee deliciously prepared food thanks to the specific thermal conductivity of the metal. They ensure even heating and maintaining the same temperature at each point throughout the cooking time. They can also be used to extinguish a low heat.
