During its twenty years of existence the company has achieved better and better positions, and now it is one of the leaders in this branch for the Burgas area. A prerequisite for this development during the years has been the continuous striving to a vast range of supply, as well as the use of modern marketing methods to stimulate the sales and not on the last place, the continuous reinvestments to increase the dimensions of its activities.
In 2002 the company “Boshnakov” Ltd. set up the first Bulgarian hypermarket for construction named MASTERHAUS in the city of Burgas and in 2007 – in the village of Ravda, where everything you need for building and construction for your home or hotel is stored under one roof– paints, plastering, electrical materials, laminate flooring, lamps, machines and tools, water and canalization units and supplies, hotel and restaurant equipment, household appliances, gardening, sanitary faience, terracotta and granite, ironware, casing, interior doors, rain pipes and construction materials: bricks, tiles, glues, Ytong, hydro- and thermal insulation materials.
In March this year will be opened the third MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket in the city of Primorsko,
The company trades with a rich variety of over 50 000 items in the sphere of construction, presented on a built up area of 8 365 sq.m., and an open space commercial area of 18 964 sq.m. The system of “Boshnakov” EOOD includes well-developed warehouses for wholesale deals with own car park and opportunities for flexible service to the clients everywhere inside the country. Over 250 qualified employees work in the different departments, taking care of the qualitative and fast service.

“Boshnakov” company is an exclusive representative for Bulgaria of the Czech company “SPOKAR”, which is one of the biggest producers of painting brushes and rollers, as well as brushes for the household in Europe. Thanks to the competitive prices we keep up, more than 120 wholesale warehouses have become our clients.
We import: paints and varnishes “COLORLAK”; interior doors “MASONITE”, bathroom furniture “VAGNERPLAST” and sanitary supplies “ALKAPLAST” – Czech Republic; rain pipes “K&J&G”, Water and Canalization parts, pipes and supplies “SLOVARM”, “SANITAS” – Slovakia; laminate flooring “HARO” – Germany, bathroom furniture “ARTHEMA” – Romania; granite tiles, sanitary faience, terracotta tiles and hydro massage systems – Spain, Italy and Portugal; bricks, construction glues and mixtures – Greece, cornices – Poland, carpets – Belgium.
The company works with over 600 suppliers, as most of them are exclusive representatives for Bulgaria and the region. We actively work with the official representatives for Bulgaria of many big international companies: “BOSCH”, “ELEKTROLUX”, “Black&Decker”.
Our company policy conforms to the requirements of modern trade and is flexible to the conditions and the requirements of work with our wholesale clients, as well as with our retail clients in the “Masterhaus” Construction Hypermarket.
